Heads up — this can't be undone.
Deleting your data clears every subscription, every reminder, and your profile from this device. There is no cloud backup to restore from.
Option 1 — Clear all data inside the app
The easiest way. The app stays installed, but every subscription and setting is wiped, and you're returned to the welcome screen.

Open SubTrack on your phone.

Tap the Settings tab in the bottom navigation.

Scroll to the Data section.

Tap Clear all data, then confirm.
All subscriptions, preferences, and scheduled reminders are removed instantly.
Option 2 — Uninstall the app
Removes both the app and all of its data. Use this if you want SubTrack off your device entirely.
iOS
- Touch and hold the SubTrack icon on the Home Screen.
- Tap Remove App.
- Tap Delete App, then Delete to confirm.
Android
- Touch and hold the SubTrack icon.
- Tap Uninstall, or drag the icon to the "Uninstall" area.
- Confirm to remove the app and its data.
What gets deleted
- All subscriptions, prices, and billing dates
- Your name, profile picture, and preferences
- Currency, language, and reminder settings
- Every scheduled local notification
